From Wednesday 6^th March until mid-2024 access to Craigieburn Central via Craigieburn Road will be closed. Closures are required to facilitate a significant amount of complex drainage and road works as part of the Craigieburn Road Upgrade.

Intersections at Lygon Drive and Aitken Boulevard will remain open to help move Craigieburn Road traffic to Craigieburn Central’s carparks via Lygon Drive and Central Park Avenue. Traffic signals in the area have been adjusted to account for extra traffic using Central Park Avenue and Lygon Drive.

We recommend that you allow extra time on your journey to Craigieburn Central.

Driving Details

Access from Craigieburn Road into Craigieburn Central has temporality changed whilst Craigieburn Upgrade works are adjacent to the shopping centre.

Access via Hume Highway:
Head west along Craigieburn Road
Turn right in to Lygon Drive east traffic lights

Access from Mickleham Road:
Head west along Craigieburn Road
Turn left into Aitken Street
Turn right into Central Park Avenue

Parking Details

Aldi – Access via Lygon Drive, turn left into the car park.
Big W – Access via Aitken Boulevard, turn right onto Central Park Avenue, turn right into the car park.
Coles – Access via Lygon Drive, turn either left or right into the car park.
Kmart – Access via Aitken Boulevard, turn right onto Central Park Avenue, turn right into the car park.
Woolworths – Access via Lygon Drive, turn left into the car park.
