The service is free and staffed by volunteers. JPs can assist locals with the following:

• Attesting the execution of a document.
• Witnessing a statutory declaration.
• Witnessing an affidavit for use in court.
• Certifying true copies of an original document.
• Certifying a person’s identity.

You can find the JP counter located in front of Bonds in the BIG W quadrant.

Justices of the Peace are volunteers and there may be times when they are not available as scheduled due to illness or personal emergency, or hours may be affected by public holidays.

Monday: 10am-12pm
Tuesday: 10am-12pm and 5pm-6pm
Wednesday: 2pm-4pm
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 10am-12pm (Closed first Friday of each month)
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
